No, you will need to get Photoshop separately. The course comes with all assets and brushes you need to follow along and do all the steps of the lessons.  As far as Adobe plans go, if you're just looking for Photoshop, I'd recommend getting the Photography plan. It's a dollar cheaper than the Photoshop plan and includes Lightroom and 1 TB of cloud storage (very helpful if you're putting all your assets into Adobe libraries).

The course was recorded with Photoshop 2017. The advantage of this is that every tool we use can be found in the current version of Photoshop, with the same functionality. The disadvantage is that there have been a few changes to the user interface and if you are just beginning your Photoshop journey, the differences can be confusing. My recommendation; if you're new to Photoshop, get the masterclass first. Once done with the masterclass, you'll be familiar enough with Photoshop to understand these composite courses despite the differences in the user interface.
