First 30 Days
If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment.
After 30 Days
If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 30 days after purchasing using a multi-payment option (such as monthly or 3-pay), simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a refund of any part of the purchase price you have paid in the last 30 days. We will refund that portion of the purchase price.
In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they’re in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 15% percent of the purchase price.
Your subscription, will continue month-to-month (or per the schedule of the plan you select) and automatically renew unless and until you cancel your subscription. You'll need an Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the subscription service. Simple.
Subscription Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. To cancel, go to the "Settings" page on our website after you log in and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

This is standard best practice for any business and the reason that we request this is we need this feedback to improve our product and service for others, but most importantly it may be that there is something we can do to help you. At Nucly we don’t believe in making it difficult for people to obtain refunds, but we also don’t take the easy way out and just issue the refund without making one last attempt to assist.
